Nothing was as it appeared in the photos. There was no warm shower water, and the phones downstairs didn’t work. It was one of the biggest fumbles ever for a hotel.

The front desk service was great. The lady that checked me in was great. The only issues I had was to take a shower younhad to let the water warm up 15 to 20 minutes even then the water wasnt hot. The ladies kept forgetting wash clothes in the room. Other than those issues it was okay. The rooms are very outdated. I wasn't expecting that.

I needed to call the front desk about the heater that was stuck in HIGH (80 degrees plus) but the room phone didn’t work. I couldn’t get through the phone number listed on Google. I finally spoke to someone at 4am and they said they were sending a maintenance person up. What? Just switch rooms! It’s a Thursday night. I mentioned it again at checkout and they said they would make a note. Beware!

Saff was very nic and understanding. I had to switch rooms 2 times. Come.e to find out,You can only have heat or a/c.the thermostats Thermostats don't work. Clean rooms and updated. They charge 15 dollars a day to park. And it aint even downtown!the deposit is 100 dollars and it has been9 business days and they still haven't released it!/c.they. h

They gave me Room 1111 and was horrible room The heater wasn’t working the warm water never cane out and also the hair dryer was out … but the staff was nice and they were able the change the room for me
