Not bad on a budget

I will preface this with the fact that I do normally stay in more expensive hotels, so my standards have been slightly skewed. For traveling on a budget, this place really isn't that bad. It was as clean as it could be with the age and wear of the property. Beds were comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet. AC worked well. Curtains kept out all the light. Shower had good water pressure. The pool itself was in great shape, but the pool area could use some work. The negatives: vent in bathroom was very loud and sounded like it would give out at any second. One of the outlets/bedside lamps didn't work. Parking lot smelled of weed (not property's fault) and room smelled just a little musty but not terrible. The lounge chairs in the pool area are so worn out they are unusable and there aren't any towels out in the pool area. I don't eat breakfast at hotels, but there was a sign that they would no longer be doing breakfast, just free coffee. If traveling with someone with mobility issues, definitely ask for a room facing the parking lot, as the rooms facing the courtyard are far from parking.

The property tried to charge me on top of my Expedia reservation. Not a hold, I had already done that as part of the check in process. Once Expedia contacted them and confirmed they owed me a refund, they immediately called me and told me they needed to reverse the refund. The guy who checked me in ran the card without notice then tried to argue with me and gaslight me into thinking he wasn’t double charging me. He called said Expedia charge was “their commission only” It also must be known for drugs and prostitution because I got pulled over just leaving. Once the officer realized I wasn’t on that, he apologized and let me go. Room was clean. Bed was clean. but the bathroom was not. Someone’s hair was everywhere and there were half used shampoo bottles behind the toilet seat lid. Disgusting.

Mala experiencia , el cuarto estaba muy sucio . , los botes de basura estaban llenos . Llegué a la 1 pm por que en la página del hotel decía que el check in es a las 12 ,y cuando llegué a recepción tuve que pagar 20 dólares más por que en recepción dijeron que la entrada era a las 3 cuándo en la página del hotel dice 12 pm .

No food in room.......too weird for me.

Never been to a Hotel or Motel that didnt allow you to take food from the breakfast bar to your room......staff was very unfriendly......WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.....

The bed was hard as a rock but the worst part was the overwhelming smell of the cleaners they use. Way beyond acceptable, it smelled so strongly it gave me a stomach ache and head ache. Everything I own stinks like that room now that I’ve brought it home. Even my CPAP machine sends that smell through the mask and I have to replace it. It was awful. Also they reset my key card every day and I had to keep going back to get it re magnetized and it was never near my phone. Overall very disappointing.
