The room didn’t look like the picture. And it’s very old hotel, furniture was old and in very bad shape. Very disappointed because the app gave it an 8 star and I chose it over the Hampton because of the high rating. Also the room was freezing even though the air was on. Sketchy parking, I was always wondering if my rental was going to get stolen.

Embassy Suites is usually consistent - the staff was good, but it was in the 40's in Dallas and the admin would not turn on the heat. The entire building was freezing (it was warmer outside in the sun) and the only response was "we can give you extra blankets". It was October 30th!

Breakfast was great. Check-in was a breeze. Love the complementary beverage hours. Bed was comfortable. The hotel is nice and clean. Parking was easy- they do have a parking garage under the hotel My only complaint was that we only had one trash can in our suite and we were only provided 2 bathing towels for two guests. Usually we are provided 4 per room. Will definitely stay again though.
