Parking is terrible. Reported minor issues with the room maintenance and no response. Here in March in Texas the heat capabilities were turned off so room was chilly. Breakfast was ok and food order in the bar was really good.

DISAPPOINTING

THE HOTEL WAS SUPER ROWDY FROM THE START. WHEN WE CHECKED IN THEY GAVE US A HIGH FLOOR SO NO ONE WAS ABOVE US. THE STAFF HAD NO CONTROL OF THE PATRONS AT ALL. THERE WAS DRUG SMELL THROUGHTOUT THE NINTH FLOOR. THERE WAS A GARAGE FOR PARKINMG WHERE PEOPLE WERE ACTUALLY DOWN THERE BLASTING MUSIC AND SMOKING DRUGS. I WENT TO THE FRONT DESK AND MENTIONED THAT THESE THINGS ARE NOT EXPECTED AT A HILTON HOTEL AND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS SAID.. NO APOLOGY.. NOTHING.. SO DISAPPOINTING FOR THE HILTON BRAND.

Two weeks prior to booking my stay here in Dallas, we booked an Embassy suites in Austin. Which was pretty much the same setup as here but it was not the same great experience as in Austin. The parking here was below ground in a dank basement like parking area below the hotel. Which was open to the public. Which in some ways seemed ominous and unsafe. The hotel itself was swarming with kids and teenagers running around and hanging out in the corridors of each floor and making alot of noise all day until well after midnight; even though security seemed to be roaming around. We stayed on the seventh floor and each time we had to take the elevator, it took 8 to 12 minutes to get on one as two of the four lifts seem to be broken. The complimentary breakfast was limited in choices and not appetizing as compared to the one in Austin. And our room had noticeable stains on the couches, chairs, curtains and the of course the carpets. My conclusion is that not all Embassy Suites are rated the same. Because of these things and obvious location inconsistencies, I wont be booking Embassy Suites in the future

This was the worst embassy I’ve stayed at. Elevator broke several times. Takes too long to get to and from rooms. No staff at night. Have to bring dirty towels to front desk in order for them to replace with new clean towels. Horrible customer service. No heater in room felt like I was in Antarctica. Do no not book here.

Absolutely horrible stay, only half the elevators were working while we stayed. And the half that where working took absolutely forever and even if they stopped on your floor they were completely full. Normally okay I’d just take the stairs but when you have to drag suitcases up from the parking garage it’s extremely annoying. Breakfast was also absolutely horrible. The milk looked like water with a dash of food coloring and the eggs were wet and tasted like plastic. Our room also had a bunch of cockroaches and the whole hotel smelled like a mix of mold and body odor. Absolutely horrible stay

Only two elevators worked so getting anywhere took forever and this was the most annoying thing about the entire weekend. In DESPERATE need of updating. Only 2 working elevators. Staff overwhelmed. People running through the halls at all hours if the night. Terrible location and the parking is less than desirable. I love Embassy Suites but will not visit this one again.

Staff in the Bar and Grille (Mexican older gentleman) area were very unprofessional. Did not want to serve me and wife because we were black people and treated every other race with kind and respect. They also lied multiple times about the complimentary drinks. They rooms were very hot and smelly my whole stay was just a bad experience.
