I was disappointed in how rough the property looked. In particular, the underground parking lot had standing water everywhere, was poorly lit and very difficult to navigate. Also, the AC ran all night no matter how much I tried to adjust it. But it was really just a sleep over location.

Ray at the frint desk was so friendly and accommodating. He was constantly busy and had a smile the whole time. The only reason for theb3 oj the area around the property was the homeless population nearby who kept walking through the hotel property all night. Other than that it was an amazing hotel. I think. The bartenders name was sam...he was new but he was amazing and had a great personality. Breakfast was hot and eggs and omletes made to order were awesome. Pancakes werent so great. Would totally recommend to stay here. Clean and pool area and fitness area were kept nice and clean as well.

Certainly not up to Embassy Suite standards! Not a good neighborhood. Parking garage very poorly lit. Breakfast out of many items and the cook would only speak Spanish to you. Could not get wheelchair or walker into the bathroom yet told handicapped accessible. No handrails anywhere.

We were at the Hotel on Thursday night which happened to be opening day for the Cowboys. The restaurant was running amazing deals and specials for the game. We were planning on leaving to go out, but we were having to much fun at the Hotel

The roof was leaking during the rain. There were no lights in the pool area so you could hardly see in there. There was only one car in the whole hotel room to carry your luggage.

Horrible!!!

Hotel is in horrible condition. The carpet is filthy, water damage throughout the entire hotel. It rained during our stay, building was leaking water, hotel staff place towels to soak up the rain water. Staff is not friendly. Breakfast tables were not cleaned properly. Bar staff horrible. Hotel is severely outdated and damaged. I would not recommended this hotel.

Wonderful stay

We love this hotel so much. We stay here every time we are in the Dallas area. The openness of the hotel lobby and foyer make this hotel very inviting. The delicious free breakfast buffet along with the complimentary social hour during the week are a few reasons for our stay at this hotel.

“My stay had several challenges that impacted the overall experience. None of the ice machines were working on any of the floors, and parking was very limited. During a rainstorm, the glass ceiling in the lounge area leaked, creating wet floors that posed a potential slip hazard. Additionally, the sheets were stained, which detracted from the comfort and cleanliness I had expected. While the property has potential, these issues made the stay feel average rather than exceptional. I hope management addresses these concerns, as improvements in these areas could make a big difference for future guests.”
