Booked a 2-double bed suite and were given a 1-king suite with no apologies whatsoever. After 1 rough night, Symone, the front desk angel, tried to help. We ultimately were not moved but we appreciated her at least saying she would try versus the lady the night before who couldn’t care less. Breakfast was great. 1 elevator was broken causing long wait times. Pool/hot tub area was disappointing.

This stay met with expectations. The room was clean and tidy, and all issues were addressed. Whatever we asked for, we received. Great breakfast with made-fresh omelets! Hot tub and bar area was enjoyable -- wish it was open past 10 PM.

Nice clean room. Hot water didnt work checked sink and shower so had to take a cold one. elevator was right by my door and you would hear the motor running everytime it was used in room. Had to pay for parking 2 am-6:30 cost me 25 bucks.

I had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites Dallas Galleria — the rooms were clean and comfortable. Donna Selby, the GM, was fantastic and very attentive. Excellent customer service — highly recommend!

Hotel room was antiquated. Very poor air quality in a regular room. I do not have allergies but I was sick the longer I stayed in that room, my eyes were swelling, runny nose, sneezing miserable feeling. Those symptoms did not go away until I got home. They messed up on my reservations. Front desk wasn’t friendly when we checked in. Stay at your own risk.
