If you are going to have adjoining rooms I would suggest investing in sound proof doors between the rooms. Unfortunately our family got put next to a party room our first two nights. Two different sets of loud people there enjoying themselves. They deserve a great stay as much as we did. We could hear every word of every conversation, every loud laugh, every word to the music they played. For a family needing to get up early it was not ideal. Tried to switch rooms and just seemed like a bother. Frustrating.

En general lanestancia ok...mas sin embargo aun que estuvimos ahi mas de 1 semana solo 2 veces lo fueron a limpiar ...todos los.diss tenia que ir a recepcion a pedor que lo limpiaran y aun asi solo 1 dia lo hicieron ...aunado a esto yo como persona reponsable avise de un desperfecto que causaron en una television y queria hacerme responsable y ademas de que te tratan muy mal y te hacen caras me cobraron 1500 usd lo cual es absurdo...dijeron que me mandarian los papeles de la compra y nunca lo hicieron ...

I had a two night book at this hotel, booked by Expedia but paid at hotel. I had to have an early check out and therefore had to leave and only use one night! When I was at the lobby the hotel staff mentioned that since it had been by a 3rd party they could not change the date of the check out and that I would have to contact Expedia, I did and they went to contact the hotel which apparently stated that I did stay both nights. Not issuing a refund for the day I did not use the hotel.

We’ve stayed here a number of times. Probably about 8 stays. The rooms and staff are great. Very quiet. Bill the bartender is very friendly and engaging. Only complaint is that for the second consecutive time did not receive a wake up call. Glad I set alarm and it worked because otherwise would have missed the flight this AM.
