Very Disappointing

Two hours after check-in the elevator went down and made it impossible to get to our room with my son who is in a wheelchair and needs to use a medical device in the room. I requsted a refund and was told I "should" be refunded the cost; however, I have yet to receive the refund or any communication from the hotel.

This hotel has an amazing rate, which is why we booked here. Well, save yourself damage to your vehicle and DO NOT stay here. Our vehicle was broken into. So was another vehicle parked two cars over. Didn't help anything that we parked under a light and beside a sign stating the property was protected by cameras.

It was a nice hotel. I booked with because of the indoor pool. However the door to pool didn't work. That was disappointing. The breakfast was good though. Even if they ran out of plates by 7 am.

Overall a good experience for a well priced stay.

My husband and I had a trip to Dallas for a concert and we were happy with our stay here! We loved the continental breakfast and the location. Downsides are the check in was strange, no one was there at the counter to greet us at 5 pm so not too late and we had to just wait there for about 10 minutes until someone emerged from the back office even after calling with no answer. Also, the room was fine but the curtains had very strange red stains (not sure what) on them but the rest of the room was clean and ready for us with fresh towels and blankets and such. Overall would definitely stay again, just a couple minor inconveniences.
