My wife and our kids had a room and the door would not lock. It kept swining open. The front desk individual Martin did not care either. Called to get a refund and the manager Jerry spoke to me in a very disrespectful tone and attitude. The entire staff needs to be replace. Also multiple homeless people wondering the parking lot and looking into cars. I would NEVER recommend this place.

The property itself was awesome, employees are super nice, my room was very clean, breakfast was great too. The neighborhood around the hotel is not the greatest however, I had no issues.
