I get there only to find out my reservation had been cancelled by the manager because I didn’t buy the insurance. They said something went wrong with my credit card but couldn’t tell me what!! Guess what, they so happened to have a room similar to what I had reserved for more and a deposit!!🙄🙄🙄Can you say SCAM?? All because I didn’t purchase the insurance!! I’ll pay more at another hotel next time than stay here again!!

Stay was good. The only issue was the heat did not work and maintenance came however we had an even. By the time we returned they were gone. The hotel was full so we had to stay in the room. Thankfully the temp was okay for the night.

Cleanliness keeps it on the list

Very clean room. The hotel was in the process of updates. The chair and settee were new. The mattress had a new cushioned mattress pad. The sheets and spread were new and white. The pillows were "dead". When folded in half, they were unable to spring back. The tub surround looked new, but the enamel covering the tub was peeling off. The hot water came on quickly though. The elevator walls were in need of recovering. The 4th floor soda machine was out of order. We were close to roads and elevator, but there was not much noise. Our first reaction was to take this hotel off our list, but after spending the night, we put it back, because of cleanliness. Breakfast had many not and cold selections. Scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, cinnamon rolls, cereals, etc...
