Super cute hotel! Loved the area and enjoyed the pool and gym a ton. Pleasant little surprise for the price. Spotless room, cozy bed, swanky little bar and restaurant. Definitely planning a trip just to stay again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Stunning Stay! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the sophistication and elegance of this hotel. The atmosphere is refined yet welcoming, and every detail feels thoughtfully designed. I stayed in one of the larger suites, and it was absolutely beautiful — spacious, impeccably clean, and filled with natural light. The views from the room were breathtaking, especially at sunset — the perfect backdrop for a relaxing evening. The bathroom was a true highlight: modern, luxurious, and spa-like, with high-end finishes and an incredible soaking tub. The staff were professional and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was room service or concierge help, everything exceeded expectations. Overall, this hotel is the definition of elegance and comfort. I can’t wait to return — it’s easily one of the best stays I’ve ever experienced!

The room was very nice. The mini fridge was stocked with various and sundry drinks and snacks: that was a nice touch. Stayed there due to the location: it was within walking distance of a concert venue in nearby Deep Ellum. The only negatives: the front desk workers were busy and of dubious help. The elevator cardreading sensors were finicky and unpredictable.

We had a great time staying at the Kimpton! The staff was super attentive and I loved that I felt safe and comfortable here. They texted me to check in on how we were liking things and even helped me pull off a surprise for my husband with leaving champagne in our room! We’ll definitely stay there again!

The first day they didn’t come to clean my room until 430pm and I was getting ready so I couldn’t get it cleaned. The next day I came back at 2 and it wasn’t cleaned yet so I asked cleaning staff to clean my room. They didn’t come. I went to the front desk and asked to have them clean my room asap. They didn’t come an hour later. I then chased down a staff member at 5pm and got them to clean my room. Wasn’t offered any water bottles at check in when others were. Generally unresponsive front desk staff. Could hear the train going by from my room

Very basic, main issue was there is a club next store that plays very loud music late into the night until 2am the windows rattled every night and could not sleep. Left a day early and they would not refund me for the last night. Very disappointed
