During my stay, the lobby was under construction, there was no pool, gym, or outdoor area available, and my room was next to the elevator, making it very noisy and hard to sleep. I’m disappointed and request compensation or a partial refund.

When booking our hotel, there was no indication that they were under construction. It was very inconvenient to get our luggage into the building. The pool and exercise area were closed. The breakfast area was temporary with no air conditioning and the food was so disappointing. The flooring in our room was a cheap laminate not clean so disappointing. There was very little water pressure in the shower, but we were thankful there was hot water.

The sheet was very clean. The curtain was falling down from the window. One of the door knobs to the bathroom was off and there was absolutely no hot water for over 24 hours. One of the staff was rude when I told him about the hot water. I have a video showing that the hot water wasn’t coming coming out of faucet at all.
