The bathrooms in the lobby were closed so we couldnt go while we waited for our room. Elevator broke while i was in it. I asked a worker where the stairs were and they couldnt tell me.

The room was fairly decent, the breakfast was ok especially if you’re on budget it would come in handy! The fitness room was unavailable due to remodeling I suppose. It look functional but they had building materials around the area. They didn’t replenish the towels nor made up the beds.

No coffee available at 6:30. Went to breakfast at 7:30 and Had to wait for eggs for around 20 minutes. Seemed like there was only 1 person working to cover the front desk and the breakfast area.

Clean room, nice staff, location of room. Needs improvement would be the morning breakfast staff not keeping the tables clean. All the tables were dirty each morning we came down. Room 105 needs a hairdryer in it.

The staff was really nice. They I don't know if it was just my room that was cleaned or the normal, but we found a toenail in the bedding and old Business cards all over.

Staff support was lacking. There was no access to any general bathrooms outside of your own individual room because the bathroom was blocked off. The workout room was unavailable and so was the pool. I had to change rooms because there was a big roach in my room that was still alive. They had no rooms available for me and had to wait four hours for a new room.

Cockroaches, unclean rooms, and multiple noise disturbances made our stay extremely unpleasant. Having to insist on a room change after finding and disposing of two cockroaches is completely unacceptable. This property is far from a place to rest—it was a highly frustrating experience. Additionally, extensive renovations are underway, rendering amenities such as the gym and pool unusable. Overall, this stay was disappointing and not worth the cost. I strongly recommend considering other options.
