Three night Getaway

Went to the Dallas area for three nights to enjoy a few days away from the house. The hotel is in a great location in regards to traveling around the Dallas area. One of the negatives is the amount of the road noise from the highway being so close to the hotel. The hotel itself was very nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I did not have any room service the first day but the second day when I came in the bed had been made and the towels refreshed. The lighting around the mirror is poor. There isn't much lighting and it makes it a little difficult shaving. I would stay here again if I needed to be in the area.

We a good stay only issue is the loud noise sounded like a helicopter was alway over us. The room had a fan in the restroom that never shut off

Lamp wasn’t working. Only one person at front desk. No luggage carts available at check in as the front desk clerk said it would take 15 minutes for him to check each floor. My 4 year old niece found a nose ring in the bedroom from a previous guest. Area under and around the ac/heat vent was filthy and that caused dust and debris to circulate in room each time the unit was on. Noticed one of the lamps wasn’t working. I informed house keeping, and was told “un momento”, but no one came by to fix it. Called front desk multiple times but always got a busy signal. When I went down to front desk, the only clerk on duty was away from the desk. Coffee ran out half way during Sunday breakfast. Poor customer service, and rooms were not thoroughly cleaned before check-in.
