It was ok. Elevator had issues and became scary. It didn’t stop on our floor and then shot up to the sixth floor without warning. Got off and took the stairs. Some water damage in the bathroom of our room. Had a smell in the room. But otherwise it was fine.

The hotel is nice, staff was friendly, and it was convenient to Globe Life Stadium. The only grievance would be the third floor ,where we stayed, as well as the elevator consistently smelled like marijuana, which in no way is the fault of the staff or hotel. It would be nice if others were considerate of others and go outside when partaking in those things.

The hotel itself is cool... but the name should remove SPA, nothing about it is spa like. The suite with jetted tub was spacious, clean, bed was ok. No breakfast, and really didn't smell any food so don't know if the restaurant was open. Stayed one night so didn't get to experience the bar, if it was open.

Stayed here for the Kendrick Lamar & SZA concert. I loved that it was close to the stadium. The onsite amenities were great. Very close proximity to shopping & great food.

Very outdated rooms. Pool area didnt look anything like the pictures. Only two loungers in the whole pool area. Shower area had shower curtain that didnt dit the whole area. I wouldnt stay here again for the price i paid.

No shuttle rides or no breakfast. Restaurant wasn’t great like advertised. Closed 2 of days I was there. Pool area was dirty as well the restaurant by pool. Hallway smell and when getting to my room key didn’t work and they already checked to another person. They give me another room and it smell smoke and there was condom left behind on couch
