Everything was as expected for a one night hotel due to an overnight flight connection. The Shuttle Service worked very well, I didn’t have to wait any long, and the two guys at front desk in the night shift were very gentle and helpful with everything I needed.

Best “6” motel I’ve ever experienced! Super courteous staff and very comfortable room. Great walking around the airport hotel district. Being able to leave car insight is huge benefit (small fee but worth it!). My #1 choice if returning to DFW. PS: no breakfast but tons of places within 3 miles.

The room was very clean! The bed was comfortable and the room size was perfect! However there was a lot of noise going on all night long and I could not sleep. Might want to bring a noise machine.

The shuttle to and from the airport stopped running at 8PM leaving em stranded and having to pay $50 to get an uber. The hotel clerk said the shuttle stopped by and no one got out. But there was never a shuttle that passed by where I was standing. Will never stay here again

Only 1 ice machine in the entire hotel and it doesn’t work. There’s only 1 microwave. So get In line if you need to use it. I was told I could walk over to one of the surrounding hotels and see if they would give me ice. Not the best impression.

The staff was pretty good. I stayed 3 days. The first two days granted were Friday and Saturday the other rooms were in party mode so it was super loud. The last night at approximately 4:00am the sprinkler pipe bursts not in my room but, down the hall causing the fire alarm to sound. Not conducive to restful sleep. The bed was comfy and the hot water was awesome in the shower. Likely won't stay there again when I work the next day.

Staff was excellent . Had a downstairs corner room . Ice machine was broken . Very economical and close to the DFW terminal. I would stay there again .
