The hotel/room was clean for the most part, with the exception of the palmetto bug. My biggest complaint would be the bathroom sink…it’s not ergonomically functional. I hit my face on the mirror multiple times while washing. Lol

I stayed there because I was attending a Dallas Cowboys game. The NYLO by Hilton was positioned nicely near the stadium (a 25-minute drive). The Hotel had a fantastic smell, impeccable staff, and the room had a nice Art Deco-themed vibe, which was a nice touch. This Hotel met all my expectations. We had such a wonderful stay at **NYLO Los Colinas**! From the moment I walked in, we were impressed by the modern, industrial-chic design and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, greeting me with genuine smiles and quick service at check-in. The **rooms were spotless**, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, with little touches that made the space feel both trendy and comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I loved the rainfall shower and loft-style vibe. The **outdoor pool and lounge area** were the perfect places to relax, and the bar had great drinks with an upbeat but relaxed vibe. I also appreciated how conveniently the hotel is located—close to great restaurants, shops, and easy access to the highway. What truly stood out was the **exceptional service**. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and professional. It’s rare to find a hotel that nails both style and hospitality, but NYLO does it effortlessly. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this hotel to friends and colleagues. A true hidden gem in Las Colinas!

I didn’t like that the room was so dark. There’s no an outlet by the mirror outside the bathroom. The sink is really bad. You get all wet when washing your hands or brushing your teeth.
