Elevators don't work - stairwell doors locked

Elevators were not working properly and the stairwell doors were locked (which is a fire hazard so this should never be the case) and we had to use the service elevators.

All staff I encountered were very friendly. Nice lobby and amenities. The hallways and the rooms felt slightly dated in my floor but that's okay. I usually don't critique too harshy, but I came to find my room didn't feel super clean. Linens and bedding were fine, but I realized the carpet was very dirty when I got a little water on it after my shower. Tried to soak it up with a towel and it was coming up brown. The chair in the room also seemed old and had dinge. Lastly, the walls of the rooms are very thin. Can hear people next room over, people in the halls, doors opening and slamming. No noise from the exterior though, the area is very nice and quiet. I will say that I booked a cheaper room at a very reasonable price. Maybe higher priced rooms are better. If I were to stay here I again it would only be if I considered staying in a better suite.

Very relaxing

Everything was nice about the my only complaint is that the carpet in the rooms needed to be cleaned. Lots of what i presumed to be coffee stains in the carpet.

Not coming back

There were several major issues with this hotel. If you have a large conference scheduled to have a two day event, the coffee shop and the restaurant should be open and staffed and if staffing was a known issue, a temp agency could have helped. Tempature control was non existent. Even after talking to management, the front desk and the gead of maintenance. Nothing worse than trying to make it through a 2 day conference when its 65 degress in the room. No refills available of coffee for guest in the conference. Pulled food and snacks away very quickly while attendees where still trying to eat. Hotel restaurant was horrible. 1+ hour to get food. One server. Breakfast was a joke. Some servers dont speak or understand english. How the heck am I to order??? Sorry but I would not stay again.

I booked my stay here because when I called to ask about their pet fee for an emotional support animal they said there was not one for ESA. I get there and they tell me it’s going to be $50 a night and I stayed there 2 nights so that was disappointing. I couldn’t cancel because I had already paid and it was so late for me to go look for something else. Nothing special about the rooms really, small and kind of old. I didn’t try their amenities. It was decent price but the $100 pet fee just made it not worth it for me.
