Front desk receptionist were very freindly and kind. I was able to early check in with big smile. Definitely I will come back again. The room was clean & I can tell that shower room was up graded.

My room was small with old furniture. The Bathtub spout leaks while trying to take a shower. No exhaust fsn in the bathroom. That's horrible.

The staff were helpful and friendly!! The property was outdated, broken or not working items in room, room floor was not clean, and very noisy AC fan!! The pool was a very big disappointment as it looked nothing like the pictures, pool area was run down and pool was dirty!! Overall I would NOT choose this place again and will hesitate choosing a renaissance hotel in the future.

The room had a bad smell, the phone didn’t work. I had to manually call the front desk from my cell phone. I asked for late check out (4:00pm) and the housekeeper tried to kick me out of the room at 10:00am. Overall horrible experience I will not book again

One of our favorite hotels. Staff is so kind and friendly. Very helpful when needed. Love the vibe of this hotel. The lights, the furniture, it's quiet, and the rooms feel cozy. I feel safe here as well.

We enjoyed staying here as the room was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and professional. Hotel is getting a little tired but it was reasonable price for a Renaissance Marriot.
