This was the second time staying at the property. Being familiar with it made the arrival and choosing where to park easier. We were placed on a second floor, facing the Oyster restaurant next door. This time it was much quieter than inside facing the pool. I was much happier with that. I booked it the same day we were arriving and there was no challenge with this. We also found a great 24 hour taco place about a 5 minute drive from the hotel, so that was really nice!

Our room was not cleaned one of the nights and we had to get clean towels. Also no towel bars or hooks whatsoever so no place to hang towels
