Staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast was great. The property itself is not great. There was a very sting weed smell by my room, the tub wouldn’t drain, the dead bolt on the door kept getting stuck out so the door wouldn’t drain all the way. The room itself wasn’t super clean. The area is also very loud, I could hear everything the people in the room under mine were doing, and they were not quite. I wouldn’t stay again.

The room itself was very tired. The floor was coming up in a couple areas. The worst thing about this facility was the amount of noise from the highway, as well as the fact that the fire alarm went off at 5 o’clock in the morning and 8 o’clock in the morning. They went off for at least 30 seconds. The staff never called to say it wasn’t a real fire or even apologized. I will never stay here again.

I wish this property had shuttle service to Dallas Market Center. My room was comfortable, clean and very affordable. I had to Uber, but if you are driving, the parking is good. There really isn't anywhere walking distance to eat other than a gas station, but the weather was snowy. I couldn't walk very far. Breakfast was great. Lots to choose from. I was so very pleasantly surprised by this property.

Breakfast in the morning was decent. Units were very well proportioned. Definitely a much older property. Stains on doors, vanities are old. The hot water runs out very quickly. After about two 10 minute showers. Overall, we needed a unit just like what they offered. So we will likely stay again.

not a great hotel IMO, but staff is very friendly

The only reason I gave this hotel a 3 is because of the friendly staff. From check in to check out, all of the staff was so nice and friendly. The lady doing the breakfast bar every morning deserves every bit of praise she can get. She kept the breakfast bar stocked, clean & in order. She had Such a friendly, great attitude every morning. I was there 5 mornings. The downside is that this hotel is very run down. Needs so many updates. There is trash laying around that looks like there are some updates coming but it just looks tacky. The first room we got had a big hole in the ceiling and stuff coming out of it. They changed our room. That room had a non working A/C. It was so hot in there. They did send someone to look at it but it did not work. We declined to switch rooms as we had been there 2 days and we were completely unpacked so we were just hoping the room didn't get too hot. We bought a fan to make it through the remaining days.
