Would definitely recommend to others to stay at this location or any of the other locations that this Host has as they were outstanding at communicating and very fast to reply to any of the questions or requests that we sent during our stay. We stayed over an extended Labor day weekend (Friday-Monday) and had a great time! We had a family of 10 there and fit comfortably, 2 queen bedrooms and a shared bathroom on one side of the upstairs and the master King suite on the other side. Modern upgrades like thermostat and smart TVs everywhere were very nice and the pool table got a ton of use by all. Pool area is large enough for all to lounge and the host is very quick to respond when the spa needs to be turned on and we had no issues with it at all. Lots of towels (including pool towels) were available and the washer and dryer were amazing to have and use.

Perfect location for the Eclipse Experience

Pictures from VRBO app were adequate. More attention to details on bathroom fixtures (1 shower head missing in downstairs bathroom) and cleanliness (same bathroom had open toothpaste & brush in window sill) plus noticed ants and small bugs but gone after 1st day after spraying. Shower head was installed day after arriving. Host was in contact and kept us advised very well. Daily notification when we wanted to use the hot tub was monotonous but worked out fine. Swimming pool was in need of upgrades/repairs and not used. Upstairs bedrooms were not adequately furnished with dressers to hold clothes. Amenities in bathrooms, linens & towels were very nice. Kitchen was not adequately covered for 7 people (utensils, flatware, plates bowls& bakeware) . Refrigerator needed replacement (No ice or water). No separate bin for recycling and outside Garbage Can was full when we arrived on Saturday with pickup not til Thursday. Most importantly one evening heavy storms were in the forecast. Tornado/Storm alarm went off. There was no interior safe place in the house to go to (like closet under the stairway-locked). Would recommend where checkin and checkout instructions are posted add "What to do/Where to go" in case of Tornado Warning. Lovely community/area including the Host.

Perfect place

The house was great. It was clean, communication with the property manager was quick, and the location of the house was perfect. Not to far from everything. I would definitely stay here again.

The Lake House

A beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Just a couple minutes away from all the fun too! The pool was an excellent way to beat the Texas heat. I would recommend this place.
