We love the comfortable bed the view out looking the water. The sitting area in the lobby was wonderful and cozy. Also you can order in if you didnt want to go out. We will surly be staying again.

First time visiting Rockwall Texas from Florida! My host set me up to stay here and I told several people where I was staying and everyone said it was the best Hotel in the area. Impressive, friendly and accommodating staff. Beautiful lake.

It was very loud in the hallway even though we asked for a quiter location. No free breakfast or microwave, so plan accordingly. The AC in the room was explosive noise. Did not let us sleep well. At midnight, the hotel decided to do a firedrill. The fire alarm went off with a disabling power. We immediately dialed the reception desk and heard a blunt voice saying to us without any greeting or apology - "just disregard it". What?? Disregard such a disruption at a luxury hotel! and the staff didn't even care. After we checked out and left in the morning, the staff called and asked if we need to extend our stay or when we are going to check out! We spoke to them, checked out, left the keys, and nothing noted in the system.. Facility is gorgeous, the system is disapointing.
