This is a great facility and a great room. I booked one of the suites that had a little kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator. And an extra sitting room. Very roomy. I also love the fact that this is one of the few hotels where I could screen mirror my streaming device the TV. That was a great feature.

Very clean. Love the area of town and the building. The room is decorated nicely. Was a bit disappointed that this room had no refrigerator or microwave. And I couldn't get the TV to screen mirror, like I've done in other rooms at this facility. All in all a great stay.

The room is so cute and clean. One downside was that the heater didn't turn off quickly enough, and my friend and I were both too hot, so we had to open the windows. Once it turned off, we slept like babies. I give it a 9/10 still. Great location too.

Stayed here last year was a good experience minus the shower was not built well and the water flowed out everywhere all over the floor into the living space as well. This year different room on the second floor, they do not tell you there is no elevator and had to carry a 50 pound suitcase and bags up a large flight of stairs to start. Second, the towels were scraggly as ever and left white fuzz all over my body. The towels were so run down and small they didn’t even cover your body normally. The bed was not comfortable and my entire body hurts. The bathroom sink water did not drain properly and took minutes to drain. This place has gone downhill completely from my last stay. People staying there smoking weed all over smells horrible. I will never stay here again and was looking forward to my stay how I had a great experience last year.

The stay was great. We had no problems at all with the contactless check in and check out. There were plenty of spots to park in. The room its self was very nice and unique. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and comfortable though the bed was small and a bit lumpy and squeaky. Ourmain issue was the lack of reception. We didn’t receive an e mail with instructions. The e mail address on the sign at reception is defunct. There’s a complete failure to understand that not everyone travels with internet. It was only due to the help of a kind fellow guest that we found our room. For this reason i wouldn’t stay there again. We liked the free tram into down town. We found a couple of nice places to eat. We didn’t find the neighbourhood particuarly attractive or interesting.

The room we stayed in, Angkor Wat, had bedbugs!! We wrote to management to warn them but they didn’t reply. We didn’t want to leave a negative review but we thought it would be fair to warn any would-be guests in advance. Bedbugs are a nightmare to get rid of and we have had to take a bunch of preventative measures to avoid having them hitch a ride with us…
