Bishop Arts District Hotel

Hotel was in a good location near the Bishop Arts District. Appreciated the secured off street parking and the information for the check in process. The reason that I did not give this 5 stars is that the TV - Internet only - was not connected to the Hotels wireless and was basically useless . I reached out to the Hotel - via email and never heard anything back. One other issue was that the toilet seat would not stay raised making it difficult to use.

I love staying here normally but this stay wasn't great. The shower leaked into the bedroom and the sheets had stains. I hate to leave a negative review as i usually love this place. I came for my anniversary as i do every year and it was kind of ruined.

I arrived to a sign that said contactless check in. I can deal with that! No leggage carts, no elevator…and I have three cars in a carrier I can’t get up the stairs to my room! When I texted, no solution….just an I’m sorry! I had to go elsewhere! This is not the experience you would expect when being welcomed to a hotel! No idea what the room looked like! I wouldn’t go back there if they gave mea lifetime of free stays!

Super charming and clean!

The rooms were great! Very charming and super comfortable. The only thing I missed was some sort of vending machine (or similar) for a midnight snack. I had to go out to the closest gas station. Other than that, it was clean and efficient. Would choose it again.

Cute place to stay in Art District

Easy to check in virtually into hotel and room. No staff on site. Room spacious and clean. Only complaint is the shower floor is not built correctly to pitch the water to the drain, it’s flat and the water runs out of the shower no matter what. The floor had water pooled all over and a headache to clean up which I shouldn’t have had to do. This should be fixed immediately to prevent liability of a fall or worse to people who stay.

I absolutely loved this room.. It is very well decorated, no bad odor, bed is very comfy, & we had a contactless check-in & check-out so it was perfect. The only downfall is that I have a disability and was a bit painful to walk up the stairs to get to my room, but gladly I had a bit of strength to walk up the stairs but it was very well worth it , the room was perfect…

Very clean and quiet. Good location. Parking is convenient. Easy check in and check out process. Good value. Bed and sheets very comfortable. Nice decor. Room is larger than appears in some photos. Only negative is the smell of marijuana in the corridors and wafting inside the room; supposed to be completely non-smoking facility.

Each time I stay I’m alway’s very pleased and comfortable! My only issue is that you could offer an additional set of towels, and they could look more new!

The place was great, other than the wifi was shoddy and in the pictures it wasn’t apparent that there was only one bathroom in the master bedroom and there were no walls in between the bedrooms.

Every room in this hotel is decorated uniquely different expressing details from all parts of the world. The room are very clean and close to all the shops in Bishop Arts.

Nice and Quiet

We had a great stay. Great neighborhood with good none chain businesses and restaurants. The hotel is not your traditional hotel but its uniqueness is refreshing.
