This was a terrible stay. It is close to motel standard. The smell in the room was horrible, the hotel has no amenities during the weekday. The valet parking is not the price they state on the website. The room is hot even with the a/c running. Very noisy during the night. I’m so sorry wasted my money on this hotel. It is dated, unkept and dirty.

We had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Dallas. The rooms were beautifully appointed and very clean, with incredibly comfortable beds that made it easy to relax after a long day. The pool area was a definite highlight — perfect for cooling off and enjoying some downtime. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dallas!

Staff was very friendly. Walking distance to some restaurants but there is no shopping nearby. Rooms are comfortable but very outdated. Elevators are also extremely old and the doors would open, close, open again by themselves- kind of creepy. Valet was extremely inefficient…one time they brought our car and parked in the back behind 2 rows of cars and never mentioned “hey your car is here.” The next time, there was some type of confusion on who was getting our car, though we think they actually couldn’t find it and it took over 15 min to get the car. Also ridiculous that WiFi isn’t included for guests and costs extra. I expected much more from a Fairmont. I’ll go to the Hyatt next time.

Darrel the concierge was amazing, my wife had fallen and broke her ankle on Saturday at an event away from hotel. When we arrived back at hotel Darell was there he got her a wheel chair took us to our room, got ice and an extra pillow to Eli ate her leg. He was also there to help to the Uber and move our luggage at check out. E is your best person! Thank you!
