Clean and tidy room but had a strange smell. breakfast was very basic but fine for the price. This is a totally adequate stop over and Coonabarabran is a very cute little town with an authentic Chinese restaurant down the road.

Room was very clean and very comfortable and welcome after a long day travelling. Tip for travellers stopping on a Sunday, there is very, very limited dinner options in town on a Sunday. Staff at the motel very friendly.

The room was spotless however little things make a difference. No toilet roll holder just placed on the vanity..the door key requires serious wiggling before it opens and the only TV available is #9, nothing else despite numerous attempts

Room and bathroom had been renovated, however unsafe design. Tripping hazard the shower didn’t drain. No good advertising a pool if the staff say oh I wouldn’t swim in that no way yuck. When asked for a simple task can I please freeze an ice block due to no freezer the staff forgets. Doesn’t answer ph calls doesn’t make self available. Continental breakfast guest felt was old and dirty. Children playing were told to not play. On the positive free water was given. Staff lacked or didn’t seem approachable lacked local knowledge Overall if u want a bed it’s okay if u want quality stay away

Nicely renovated living space. Bed extremely hard but good linen. Well stocked fridge with plenty of tea bags, coffee and biscuits. Bathroom renovation would have benefited from professional trades people. Shower doesn’t drain and becomes an ankle bath within seconds. Major problem however is the drainage with overpowering raw sewerage smell permeating the unit making for an unpleasant overall experience. Lovely people on reception, with complimentary choccies.
