Room was clean. Heater was very noisy, had to turn it off so we could sleep. With the heater off, it got cold, but the room didn’t have any extra blankets. No hand soap at the sink. Had a TV but no remote. Yes, we could have gone to the office to complain , but that isn’t our style. Will not stay here again.

I’ve stayed here before but this time there was no soap by sink & shampoo in shower was empty & no conditioner. I asked for hand soap but front desk said housekeeper had gone home & he couldn’t get it for me- what?? Also I had requested additional blanket cuz 1 on bed was so thin & it’s winter &. Old- but didn’t get one. Service was unacceptable- sad
