Very clean, breakfast was good and staff was very nice.

No surprises. Got what I was expecting for the price. Breakfast was good.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Sadly, the hotel is in a very old condition. My room had a sofa that looked like it was twenty years old. Lots of stains and the shower was so so. For the price it wasn’t bad but I won’t be staying here again.

First of all, when I thought I was booking a jacuzzi room on Expedia, I was not. I got there, no jacuzzi in my suite, lady on the phone said "well, you booked a suite, not a jacuzzi room," and didn't offer any more assistance on the matter. So if you're hoping to get a jacuzzi in the room like the pictures show, just know you can't book it directly on Expedia or their website, because it wasn't there either. The lady who checked us in was a different person, and she was phenomenal. She must work late evenings/nights at the front desk, and she was great conversation, but whoever answered the phone was cold and obviously didn't want to be at work. The hotel in general was a disappointment. I didn't get the room I thought I was getting (and there wasn't any specific choice for a jacuzzi room besides their suites—you would think they'd make that clear, but whatever), and the breakfast was not good at all! Only hot item was waffles, and you could get bagels, bread, fruit, cereal or oatmeal, yogurt and milk, but it was a really small selection. The apple juice and the orange juice were watered down, too. Tasted like flavored water. The room was clean and nice, and the front desk lady at night was really nice, but we did not particularly enjoy our stay. Oh and the key cards do not work to get into the back door because they are OBVIOUSLY a different type of key. No elevator. If you have bad knees, prepare to take the stairs anyway. Place is a little run down, but clean. Totally meh.
