Compare Ski Hotels in Northwest Chicago

PROs: comfortable bed, clean bathroom, heater is working, different TV show choices to watch, toiletries ( other than toothbrush and toothpaste ) are provided, room card/key needed to use the elevator, great accessibility when flying via Ohare airport and wanting to stay ( used the tram ), there is bar, coffee shop and restaurant, CONs: carpeted rooms and hallways thus difficult to roll heavy luggages , carts can be used only by the valet/concierge, ( fyi: did not have a car this time of travel )

Great staff. Great to have the shuttle to the airport and the food in the restaurant was really good

The room was spotless and everything in place , the front desk was nice and polite, even the shuttle driver was nice and polite

This was literally 5 minutes from the airport. Staff was amazing this hotel was beautiful will be back it was comfortable and quiet. I came for the outlets but experience of the hotel was 10/10 I was tryna get back to my room and just enjoy it the wife loved it I cannot this hotel just wowed me!

Clean hotel

Loved this hotel. Staff was kind, knowledgeable, super quick service. Early check in and late check out is enough for me to come here again next time I'm in town! The room was spacious and everything was clean. Everything you can ask for.
