Compare Ski Hotels in Northwest Chicago

We had bagels and orange juice. It was ok. I was not aware I had to pay for parking, it should have been included since I am staying at their establishment. I had to remember to get a ticket out of the machine and have it validated every time I went in and out, unnecessary hassle. It's a nice place however it's next to the freeway so and rush hour it's noisy, I doubt their windows are sound proof. The beds are hard, should be not too hard not too soft. One big issue, we got a message saying they were working on the hot water and browish water would be coming out to just let it drain. Well, that's unsettling when you're trying to brush your teeth and take a shower. Kind of disappointing.

Breakfast was fresh and nice. Typical breakfast at a hotel. Staff was very kind and helpful. Location ehhhh. Depends what you want to do.

Property is maintained well. Room was fine, nothing s I ecial but comfortable. I don't know the relationship with the restaurant, but that seems lacking. I had breakfast, I had to ask for cream and sugar for my coffee, not offered; had to ask for salt and pepper. Not offered, no refill on coffee, had to ask... wondering if Management is being cheap or trying to control waste. Disservice to the wait staff, although not trained properly.. for was ok, not outstanding.

Got stuck overnight and was looking for a hotel close to airport. The shuttle was great and the main reason I booked.

Great place to stay! Breakfast in the morning was really good, loved the omelette bar! House keeping kept my room cleaned everyday. Located in the middle of a lot good places to eat!
