Very fortunate to have chosen The James Hotel in Rotterdam- it’s perfect . The hotel itself is excellent - rooms are so clean and well maintained and amenities on level 2 (a lounge and Self-serving food shop) are of a very high standard . The staff are ever so friendly and there to assist you 24/7 The hotel’s location is situated perfectly between walkable site-seeing options or via close-by trams, to having many shops and restaurants just around the corner. Overall - I strongly recommend this hotel as their room prices offer very good value for money imho. If I come back to Rotterdam- this is where I will be staying ! 5 stars

The floor to ceiling windows bring abundant light and a great view. We had a great night there.

Excellent Stay. The room was cosy and very clean. Loved the recycling bags.

Nice staffs, they always willing to help and react promptly. Hotel provided the drinking water, including the sparkling water, at lobby area, that’s out of our expectation!

very nice central hotel in a beautiful city

Unusual room configaration with desk jutting into room and three chairs to sit on made it feel more homely and less like a hotel room. The bathroom was a good size but tucked away around a corner, also good. Big windows that ipened also a bonus. Very light and airey.
