Great room, very special the James room. We loved the decor and the view. It was nicely stocked with hot water maker and coffee maker. We loved the Prosecco and cookies in the room.

Great central hotel

Really nice stay, the room was very clean and a very large bed. The lounge floor was nice and the breakfast bar was handy! The location is very good and very easy access to Rotterdam centraal station

Very impressed!

Only stayed here for one night but was very impressed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and very big! The 24/7 shop was also a great addition, whilst it might have been slightly more expensive than a supermarket/shop, the convenience of it trumped the price. There was a nice area near the shop to sit in as well as the gym, which even when sitting next to the room you couldn’t hear anything going on inside of it, so it was nice and private for anyone going in there. Good location as it wasn’t too far from Rotterdam Centraal and was near a good few attractions. Would definitely stay here again if I was to go back and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Rotterdam.

Lovely Hotel - Long Bath <3

Loved this hotel, the bed was comfy, the bath was long enough for me(!!), and the location is perfect! We stayed on the 11th floor and could barely hear any of the street noise from the surrounding areas. Everything was nice and clean, and easy to use. We did have to pay a €100 deposit upon arrival which I was told would be refunded upon checkout, however I haven't received it yet (3 days later). We pre-booked late checkout but ended up leaving before the original checkout time anyway and didn't get charged any extras, so I would recommend looking into that (after you've booked) as a safety net! Definitely will be booking again next time we visit Rotterdam!

A mixed visit. The good: excellent location; most of the staff were really polite and helpful; the hotel was pretty modern and stylishly decorated if a little dark. The 24/7 shop/café area was very welcome for a late night hot chocolate or a coffee in the morning. My wife liked the gym and used it every day. Really nice shower. The not so good: the heating in our room didn’t work so it was very cold. All in all I had to complain four times before we were provided with a Dyson heater. Through this process some of the staff were very polite and helpful (particularly the lady who was on in the evening and who arranged the heater). Others seemed a little defensive and clearly thought the issue was just me doing something wrong, which was frustrating. All in all I shouldn’t have had to complain 4 times to get the problem addressed. Also the phone in our room didn’t work. Once the room was fixed it was a really lovely stay.
