We liked the property for its location to cruise terminal & Metro. The staff was polite, knowledge was sometimes lacking for local questions such as how metro worked & it was outside the door of hotel, were not known.Restaurant was good- morning buffet good & evening meal good, but if using credit there is a surcharge on your credit card there is a sign posted -but be aware. We were able to get ice and they gave us one cup, & bring cup back for more ice or would would have 1€ fee. Also got a plastic fork and charged 1€. 3 couples travelling together & we were able to get on same floor which was nice. Overall good experience

The outside of the Hotel is in a mixed modern picturesque and 'brutaliste' 1950's/60's building area. Part lovely views across the River and part 'Regenerating' going on around. The Metro and Tram stops are just across the road with good services. The Hotel itself is beautifully furnished inside with very good staff who are friendly and competent at their jobs.Very clean Hotel all round with many good seating areas close to the reception. The room was good to stay in and cleaned well each day. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept on in my long years. There are many floors also, but the elevators did struggle at times with the volume of traffic and sometimes a long wait or a long walk was needed, but generally there was a lot more positives than negatives and an enjoyable stay was had with friends.

Heated bathroom floors, clean room, and a restaurant that serves amazing food, they have a real, full size pizza oven. And its right across the street from the Maashaven train stop. 1hr / 1hr 15min train ride from Schipol Airport. Really nice and enjoyable.

Lovely hotel, great value for money.

Fantastic hotel. The staff are all very helpful and understanding. We stayed at the hotel and went to the pdc darts at the ahoy. Great night. The hotel is great value for money, the same with the food and the drinks. We ate here in the evening great food. Room was clean and very comfortable, massive bed which was very comfortable. Great shower, was really really pleased with our stay.

Very satisfying

The front desk staff were wonderful. I rented a bike and had a lovely day in Roddingdam. My only issue was that I didn't realize we were next to a metro station. It would have been helpful to have ear plugs at the front desk. Otherwise an excellent place to stay
