We stayed for one night while in Rotterdam waiting to board a cruise the next day. The room was clean, spacious, quiet and large. One observation was it could use a few more amenities for a longer stay- more than one pillow per bed, tissue, and a pot to brew coffee rather than instant. There was an attached restaurant that was not part if the hotel and the food was very good.

This hotel was marketed as having great views of the harbour, and living in New Zealand this is what we relied on. Our room did not have any view of any part of the harbour so extremely disappointed and felt mislead 109%

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was extremely clean and spacious – we booked a triple room and there was more than enough space for the three of us to feel comfortable. The view from the window was also beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. What really stood out to me was the thoughtful service. I accidentally left some clothes behind after checking out, and the hotel team kindly arranged to send them back to me. I really appreciated their care and efficiency. This kind of service makes all the difference – I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Beautiful hotel in a good location.

Stunning hotel in a good location right by the metro and only ten mins from central Rotterdam. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were excellent. We were upgraded to a four person from (suite) which was beautiful and large and with excellent water views. The restaurant and bar was superb. Highly recommend and will visit again!
