This is an amazing place to stay. The room was emasculate, the bathtub in addition to the shower was so relaxing, and Aerocity is a great place to stay, many great restaurants and you have easy access to the metro to go and see the sites. I highly recommend! I even left my AirPods by mistake and they helped me retrieve them.

3.5 stars - not the usual Pullman standard. Will consider other chains going forward Room was good, clean. Staff was ‘able to help’ when I wrote to ask about the spa services. The pool is closed for renovation and the sauna was out of order. There was a conference while I was there so more that half the lobby was not accessible and the restaurant was closed on specific days. The food at the executive lounge, the staff there and at the spa was good. The receptionist could barely be hear / hear me due to the noise from conference attendees who were always in the lobby whenever I left or returned to hotel.

There was a conference going on during my stay there. Overwhelming crowd everywhere and the restaurants were closed. I wish they would have informed me earlier. I wouldn’t have stayed there during this time.

Check in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was excellent. Housekeeping was efficient and unobtrusive. The breakfast buffet was superb. The only minor hitch was the room key stopped working almost every day and I had to come down to the reception and have it reset each time.

Very comfy rooms and beds, the Club room access is worth paying for, peaceful lounge area, not too big, would be great for single travellers. Food and drink options good. Great proximity for the airport as Delhi traffic is atrocious. The area is being developed atm so lots of building work nearby; pool was closed while we were there for this reason.

Room was very clean and tidy, large, with a very comfy bed. Full bath in the bathroom, all very comfortable. Breakfast had a wide choice of tasty foods, fresh croissants, live stations etc. Close to DEL which saves hige amount of time with Delhi traffic. Staying in a Club room next week, hope it's as good.
