The property was really badly kept. I wanted to check out and I complained about so many things, that they said that they would not charge me for my second night, AS it turns out, the credit that they were giving me, ended up charging me for another night! So instead of one nights charge, I was billed for 3 nights!! AND originally paid for 2, but the person at the front desk instead of a credit to my card, ended up charging ( a sale ) for anther night! SO I was completely ripped off!!

The freeze was not working when informed- that I need it for medication - the response I got was - we can store your medication for you elsewhere - a response I was not expecting- the freeze was changed twice but still not working. The room was not cleaned properly- I had yo ask for a room change - room changed twice as the rooms were not clean - the final room approved had so much pesticide- mosquito spray that could not sleep and kept coughing from the smell. The rooms are dated and need an uplift. The carpet on the stairs leading to the rooms were dirty as well- I would not rate this. five star hotel - more like a 3/4 star.

Beautiful historical hotel in a green area of New Delhi with palatial rooms and lots of gorgeous paintings and other pieces of art. Nice pool and fabulous choice for breakfast with many healthy items. Staff is wonderful, very attentive and professional. I can highly recommend!

AWESOME hotel! My friend and I felt like we were first class on the Titanic with how gorgeous the Claridges hotel was. The staff is incredibly helpful, the beds were super comfortable and the shower was hot with strong water pressure. We enjoyed escaping the busy city in the evening by staying in this part of town. It felt like the Beverly Hills of New Delhi. We ate at the hotel a lot including room service and everything was wonderful. I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else if I visit Delhi again. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel- it was one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying.

My 6th stay and the location is good for everything I need to do in Delhi Service is excellent and we enjoyed dinner in Pickwicks both nights Room was comfortable and quiet but the bathroom needs a refurb

This hotel was the perfect start to our India trip. The staff were so attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The choice at breakfast was outstanding, all options from many countries available. I would highly recommend this hotel. The restaurants here are numerous but also very very expensive, so we ate here once and then explored other local options.
