The property was very busy. They have limited parking for guests and we had to park on the street. Our guest room had black mold and mildew in the bathroom which produced a strong smell and affected our allergies. I would have tried to change rooms but we were staying near our family. I did alert management to this problem. Hopefully they take care of it for the future. Breakfast options were limited/or very expensive.

The property was well-maintained. Although the rooms are small and old, they are clean. However, there is a strong sewage odor as one walks to the south of the main building. It is very offensive! Another difficulty, if traveling privately and not on a cruise, is that there was no offer to take bags from our car to our lodging behind the main building. We would have been glad to tip a valet as at other hotels, but none was available and none offered. There was no car access and lugging our suitcases across the back paths and then upstairs was very difficult. The front desk staff were very helpful with information and suggestions. The spacious front lobby and downstairs eating and seating were busy but did not feel overly crowded despite the large cruise group. The property van service was often full, meaning we had to walk about 1/3 mile to eat on the property. Kaarstan's Pub was delicious with some of the best food on our trip. The salmon and Peruvian rotisserie chicken were delicious. We were seated quickly and service was excellent. The property shops were well appointed, and staff was friendly.

Beautiful place! Loved the decor and convenient shopping. Loved Fannys restaurant and Prospect pizza was THE BOMB I did wonder why my reservations were on a Tuesday and Wednesday and on Wednesday my room charge was $200 MORE. I ask the young girl at the front desk and she just shrugged her shoulders and said it varies? Not very responsive nor helpful Sheree Hendrix

This is not location for car users, mainly focus on cruise trip member. Doorman is a most important person in check in !!! You can not stay in the front of hotel entrance for a couple second to take out your staff from a car or make a check in !!! Everything is not for private tourist - if you do have another choice do not book this hotel!!!

First of all, this hotel is overpriced and overrated. We travel a lot and we have an idea how much the accommodation should be and what amenities to expect for the price. The check in was okay. Front desk staff friendly but surprisingly no luggage trolley. We had 8 luggages (4 of us), they did offered help though but we had no cash to tip the staff that day so we had to drag our luggages all the way to parking lot to the building. No microwave. I went around the facility and they said no microwave even a single one!!! We had to eat cold dinner that we bought outside. Laundry detergent compartment in Cabin K was so dirty. Overall stay was disappointing. Overly priced. Incomplete ammen

Overall property was nice with many dining & shopping options. Room was clean but cramped with only one chair & tiny bathroom. All 6 of our rooms were not ready at 3:00 pm checkin. Also there was confusion about transferring our bags to train depot and front counter staff were not very pleasant or helpful in clarifying the confusion.
