I checked in late, and our room was not cleaned from the previous guest. Had to be put up in another room until staff could clean it the next day. No apologies were made, and no comps were offered.

Average, good overnight stay

Stayed here with family and had two rooms. The hotel was clean but maintenance seemed a little lacking. Front desk staff was friendly at night, th morning crew didn’t seem thrilled to be at work. Bedding was no comfortable as we all noted the pillows were tiny and flat and we didn’t sleep great in either room. The place is also loud with people banging around the half at night and a busy road just outside. Breakfast had no protein options, but my kids were able to make waffles. I am no-carb so we had to stop for protein after leaving, which made the breakfast useless to me at least. It was not a dive or a dump, it was an average stay for us as we travel a lot for sports tournaments. Just average though, good for a night but maybe not a vacation.

I reserved the room for my husband because he is a truck driver of course reserving on line I had to put a card on file. He paid cash when he got there he checked out the following day . The day after he checked out I woke up to a charge on my card for the room. I called and spoke to a lady who took my information and details and was told the Manager would be calling me back I waited over 24 hours for a call back and never got one so I called and asked for the manager as I started to explain the situation the GM starts yelling at me telling me he paid card when in fact he did not pay card he paid cash. I told him to check the cameras maybe the young guy there pocketed the money and they charged my card he continues to yell at me and hung up and when I called back he answered and hung up the worst customer service I have ever in my life experienced from a general manager .

There was brown/red splatter on the ceiling. There was what looked like green toothpaste on the smoke detector and boogers on the wall. The floor was not vacuumed. The bed and toilet did seem clean.
