They thought I was smoking in the room when clearly I wasn't.. they just opened my door without knocking and came right in accusing me of smoking and tampering with the smoke detector. I don't smoke at all

Housekeeping, food service staff, and front desk all great. Food choices at the hotel exist, but are pretty limited. Downtown Denver does not feel safe, especially after dark. We did not leave the hotel at night and either ate at the hotel or used DoorDash.

We were there during a dance convention with hundreds of kids and even more parents and friends. The staff was amazing and friendly and very helpful even with all the people there.

Property was rated “exceptional” on Expedia’s we site and I would not rate it the same way. Staff were great, hotel was clean, but a little older and worn down. Was expecting a nicer more well kept property. Room was fine and comfortable but hotel was not exceptional.
