The staff were courteous. The facilities were dated, room cleanliness was average, and the bed mattress seemed like it should have been replaced by now. Providing room service every other day reminded me of COVID days. It would be nice to get daily room service. Television was cumbersome and lacked many channels. Most importantly, the shower's hot water was hit or miss. Very frustrating when one is trying to get to work! About what I would expect for the price.

Clean spacious room. The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was perfect for us. The only problem I had was with the heater blower motor, which hardly put out any air. A hair dryer could produce more airflow and I told them when I checked out. Outside temperature got down to the middle 20's overnight.

The hotel was very conveniently located…within several good restaurants and an easy walk. I was greeted upon arrival with a very friendly, helpful receptionist and my room was extremely clean and well lighted. Amenities included a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and iron…all of which came in handy. I needed an airport shuttle very early in the morning which was right on time. Since I was too early for breakfast I was given a bagged one which was very considerate. I will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I had a very early flight and were exhausted. Your staff made check in smooth and easy. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Used the hot tub later in the evening, it was clean and well maintained.
