Pros: My room had a great view (city view) and was clean, and comfy. The staff was super friendly. Cons: Lots of traffic noise, sirens, etc. You could hear people talking/yelling outside. But in all fairness, it is downtown. The biggest con for me was the AC is terrible; my room was 81 and didn't cool down even though I had the temp set at 68. Luckily there was a nice tower fan in my room and that helped keep me a bit cool and to drown out some of the outside noise so I could sleep.

Made reservations months prior for a event we were attending for the night & when we got to check in they told us there was no air in the whole building that it has been down for a few days. We had no choice but to stay there because no other hotels had any rooms available. The lady at the front dest said they would get us some fans before we left & never did the room was so small but it was so hot in there that we couldn’t even get ready our hair was soaking wet. We left and kept having to call them to ask about fans before we went back and they were so not helpful and just didn’t seem to be a priority to them they asked me how many fans we wanted I told them 3 but after I called them about 5 times they just told me they would look into it. When we did get back to the hotel they did happen to bring1 fan finally but what happens to 3 or if not at least 2 no air in the summer time come on & why would they even ask us how many we wanted!!! The front dest did tell us they would accommodate our price but that they could not do it there at hotel that became I booked through Expedia I had to contact them , well I have been trying to reach out and it’s impossible to reach anyone I feel like that’s why they told me that to just get rid of me! We were so hot all night we could not even sleep it was so uncomfortable hot and sweating and had a drive home the next morning with no sleep it was truly a nightmare I was truly so disappointed they should have cared more for their customers

The AC was broken all over the property. Room was a bearable temperature and they provided a fan. The room however was small and a bit dated. No clock was provided or any usb outlets by the bed. The tv was mounted in an awkward position. Room was clean and maintained.

I stayed here for 2 nights during an important professional conference, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. First, the AC on my entire floor wasn’t working—the room temperature was 78°F with no air circulation. Despite multiple complaints throughout the evening, no help was provided. I had to go down to the reception alone at midnight, and only then did they send someone. A technician entered my room late at night, pretended to fix the AC, and left a fan—lying that he fixed it. This was extremely unprofessional and made me feel unsafe and misled. I barely slept before an important event the next morning. Reception staff told me flatly that “nothing can be done.” Hours later, only after insisting, I was told I’d been moved to another room—which the receptionist wasn’t even aware of. She didn’t know if my belongings were still in the original room or if someone else had been checked into it. I had to fight to be allowed into my own room to collect my things. I genuinely felt like I was at a torture shelter—not a hotel I paid full price for. To make matters worse, I left my locked suitcase with them after checkout for some hours. When I tried opening it at the airport, the lock pin had been tampered with. I eventually got it open, but it’s clear someone accessed or mishandled my belongings. This experience was a complete violation of safety, trust, and professionalism, especially for a solo female traveler.

Room was tiny, no parking, other than an overpriced valet service, toilet was clogged when we arrived and instead of fixing it they just changed our room. No ac in any rooms (confirmed this with several other guests on different floors), no hot water in second room, bathroom was cramped and couldn't move without hitting your elbow on anything. Pullout bed was stained, and the fitted sheets on the main bed didn’t fit and kept coming off. Outlets were cracked and some just didn’t work, second room was missing its lamp entirely. Water from the faucet was cloudy, and there was no drinking fountain anywhere we could find. Overall lower quality than a motel at a much higher price, and just awful overall.

No AC, 80 degrees in our room. Brought us a fan. Found out from other guests it has been out for days. Central Air, not individual rooms, so entire hotel down. Had to check out as I can't sleep in 80 degree room. Front desk and manager understanding, but should have told us at check in no AC and we would have never checked in. No fridge or microwaves, tiny room and strange bathroom. Location is good.

The hotel is nice, the breakfast was good, the room was good, The air conditioning didn’t work for three days, I tried adjusting the thermostat for two nights. I thought is was doing something wrong, I called the front desk and maintenance came and checked it out, maintenance they have having trouble with the air conditioning for a while. They thought it was fixed and said it will take a while to cool down gave me a fan. I think for the price per night I paid something should be done, but nothing.
