I stayed here last minute on an overnight. Check in was very smooth and front desk was friendly and helpful. The building was very secure with all doors locking and a security guard monitoring the grounds. The hotel itself is very well maintained and clean. The room was very clean and obviously well kept. I chose this one because reviews said it was quiet, and it was very quiet. I slept so well I woke up and forgot where I was, which never happens in hotels for me! Bedding was comfortable and rooms had pod coffee. Breakfast has lots of hot protein options. One of the the best stays I’ve had outside of a resort vacation, I will definitely stay again if it comes up.

When we got there, they gave us the wrong room. We chose a 2 bed queen and walked into a one bed king. So we had to go back down and get the room we reserved, he said they were out of the rooms we reserved 2 months ahead of time. He said he had to move things around to get us the room we wanted, which, other than having to wait for him to do this, no big deal. The problem came around at 10pm (wife just got out of the shower) someone was trying to get in our room. Luckly we double locked it. I opened the door and a gentlemen said that they just gave him the same room number. Totally unacceptable.

This property was very clean and well.funished. The staff were amazing, they were friendly and kind, very nice and I talk to. Rooms had comfortable beds. Breakfast was awesome. Wonderful experience, can't wait to come back!

The hotel is wonderful. The area surrounding is slightly sketchy. There are security guards at night to keep an eye on vehicles and the exterior doors to the hotel require keycards to gain entrance. Felt very safe inside the hotel, probably just would not wander out at night alone.

Just okay

The staff was top notch and very helpful. However, there were a number of issues. 1. The tv didn’t work on most channels in the room “because of the wind” (it used an antenna so we would need to switch rooms to get a box tv). 2. My daughter got stuck in the elevator. 3. The area isn’t the greatest (not the hotel’s fault), but they do use good measures to keep homeless out 4. TVs in the gym on equipment didn’t work. We ended up leaving two nights early because of snow and just went home. It was just more comfortable to forego the monies paid, pay a plane change fee, and leave.

Very nice hotel that is extremely convenient to the hospitals. The property of the hotel is very nice but Aurora is a pretty rough area.
