Not sure where all the rave reviews came from… definitely not the experience I had. Our stay was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The room had drug paraphernalia left in the dresser drawers, which made us seriously question how clean or well-maintained the room actually was. The smell of cigarette smoke hit you as soon as you opened the door, even though the room was supposed to be non-smoking. The toilet ran continuously and was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep. When I reported it to the front desk, they simply shrugged and said “OK”—no offer to fix it, no apology. Parking was a nightmare—there were multiple broken-down, inoperable cars taking up spots, and it looked like several people were actually living at the hotel. Only one luggage cart was available, and it had a flat tire, making it practically useless. As for the “breakfast”, it was barely worth mentioning—if you could even access it past the hotel “employees” and long-term residents crowding the area. With so many other hotels in the area, do yourself a favor and pick a different one. This place was a major letdown.

The room was very old, the bathroom doors could not close, when it did it stuck. The front door required a very strong push to close. The staff did do a good job trying to keep it clean, but the hotel itself is a bit dilapidated. The elevator doors had holes on them. Lots of homeless.people using the side doors to come in and hang out.
