Staff was great. The hotel is old, but recently updated... the hotel we think is mostly non-smoking as all the rooms we passed had non-smoking signs on them, yet the hotel smelled heavily of years of smoke. Our room was a connecting room, which we didn't need and was fine, however, the door didnt lock.

Nice room, good price. Chose this place because it has shuttle to airport. Missed our connecting flight so we were forced to wait til the next morning. Waited outside in the rain for the shuttle that wasn't coming. Half an hour later, got message saying that i need to call to request shuttle. Called the number a few times, rang over n over til it hung up. My son called a diffetent number, finally an answer. Waited another half hour, called again and was told shuttle had left 15min ago. 15 min later, the shuttle arrived. All this for just a 5hr stay in this room.

I liked that this hotel was close enough to Anschutz Medical Center where I was having surgery at. This place was pretty easy to get too and right off I 70. It is kind of like it's own little area. There are other hotels on the other side of the freeway. It seems to be close to lots of trucking warehouses. It particularly doesn't fit in, but it also makes it nice. The night staff was great. She was friendly and very helpful. The pool was ... I didn't want to go in. it looked like it was stagnant? If that makes sense?. The hot tub was nice, but the jets made you feel as if you were on the ocean during a horrible storm. The amount of water all over my face was a bit much. But overall it was nice and hot. We were on the first floor around the corner from the desk but still didn't have that much noise during the night. the but was comfortable but almost too comfortable. soft. newer though. They had painted recently and there were spots you could tell they got some on the floor but the room was still clean. overall I would stay again.
