Key stopped working after 2 hours. Went to the front and they replaced the key….still didn’t work. 3rd time required maintenance to fix the door. For the money this cost, this is crazy to me. Won’t be staying here ever again.

Staff was curteous, location was just what we were looking for, campus, building, room were very clean and quiet. Only thing that was a downer was after a long day of activities and errands we wanted to go to the bar in house and came to find they had no beers on tap, not a lot of bottled selections, only the generic top three light bee brands and a cider. Otherwise this place was very nice.

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED OUR STAY AT THIS HOTEL! VERY SPACIOUS FOR OUR FAMILY OF 6 AND THE BREAKFAST WAS A 10. WE DECIDED TO STAY ANOTHER NIGHT BUT UNFORTUNATELY OUR ROOM WASNT AVAILABLE TO KEEP (WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE, ON HOW MUCH WE LOVED IT). WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN AND BE RETURNING CUSTOMERS. THANKS TO THE GENTLEMAN AT THE FRONT DESK HE WAS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. SHOUT OUT TO THE BARTENDER FOR THE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We accidentally selected a movie and backed out of it immediately and called management immediately, and they did not rectify this $25 bill for the movie. And even in the morning talking to another manager. They still did not pull the charge. Even though we did not watch the movie at all. I think the management was Horrible in that situation.

Good location for medical care. The bedding was minimal and we had to turn up the heat. We looked for another blanket but could not find one. It was late and we just wanted to go to sleep so did not ask front desk for another one. The shower had little water pressure and my husband who took a shower after me did not have very hot water. Otherwise was ok.
