Very dark and depressing room. Dirty corridors Long queues at the check in. Very compact underground parking Lifts running very slow and only two lifts available I would not recommend to anyone and book this hotel again.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very polite, but the hotel was very old. There was no Netflix or YouTube on the TV and no swimming pool. The breakfast and coffee were awful!

Location was perfect, staff were very helpful and curtious. Our room was attended daily and cleaned. The only difficulty was that there were only two lifts. This is a large hotel. When we checked out We had to walk down from the fifth floor with our luggages as the lifts were occupied for more than 10 minutes so that we could catch our taxi back to the airport on time. Having said that we really enjoyed our stay and will try to come back.

We stayed for five days in a Junior Suite. The room and carpet had a strong, stale odour. Reception was advised, and housekeeping was sent with only an air spray. As the windows were locked, there was no access to fresh air.
