I absolutely love this hotel. The location was perfect. We came in to see our new first grand son. The location was perfect from our son just a few minutes away. The rooms were nice and clean love the kitchen and the digital blinds. We had a wonderful view of the mountains. Everyone was very nice. Coming from Florida the air was very dry and they brought us up a fan . Only complaint would be the breakfast. I would prefer a better variety.

The room size was great however a bit run down. the Kitchen cabinet was broken. The bedroom dresser drawer was broken. Unfortunately our room was right below a laundry room and the washer spin cycle was quite loud and shaky. The gym was terrific and the staff was great!

We stay here every year and generally love it. The building is nice and there surrounding shopping center has many options and is very pretty during the holidays. This time, however, was less than great- when we got to our room our trash cans were full of trash and dirty diapers. There were dishes left in the dishwasher. The second day of our stay the hot water went out, and was not fixed before we left 5 days later.

The Hyatt House was a spectacular stay from start to finish. We were so pleasantly surprised to pull up to the front of the property to find a street strung with lights right as the snow started. The front desk staff was so pleasant and helpful at check in, checkout, and when making an adjustment extend to our stay due to the weather. The hotel itself is clean and well appointed, large windows downstairs give you a wonderful view of the festive street outside while you enjoy a meal, a drink, or a game of pool at the lobby pool table. The room was spacious and exceeded expectations and I know I keep mentioning the street but seriously laying in bed and looking out the window at the lights in the snow was just lovely. There is so much to do and see within walking distance of this property - restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and the most beautiful outdoor ice skating rink I’ve seen. We had an absolutely fantastic time and highly recommend a stay here.

We could not have been more tickled with this property, the staff or the location! Nicest stay we've had in some time & one we intend to repeat. Luxe shower, tasty breakfast, accommodating staff, well appointed room, easy parking. I could go on, but you get the idea. Great choice!

We have stayed here multiple times over the past two years and our room is always clean, the staff always friendly. We will be staying here again in the near future! I would have given 5 stars but they were having trouble with their hot water which was resolved before our stay was over. Chalked it up to shtuff happens, especially around holidays.
