this hotel was disgusting. The bathtub pad. Dirt rings around it. The rug was stained smelled of puke. The parking lot was full of trash. They refused to give us a refund. We walked in and walked right out did not even stay.

The second worst place that I have ever stayed at, dirty, moldy bathroom. Long term people living at the property dominate who were staying at the property. I did not fell safe. bed sheets were not changed and someone's clothes were hanging in the closet. The only thing it was lacking was roaches, trash cans were overflowing. I left after the first night, I should have left immediately, I was too tired from travel. I will NEVER stay at a La Quinta again.

Very dirty room, parking lot full of potholes, the ice machine was broken, breakfast was not stocked and the waffles were constantly unavailable. We didn't get enough towels and when we went to ask for them the extras were constantly taken out by housekeeping. No access to the television. Our water was thrown out, but our trash was not. And outside there were so many rats. There was also a homeless person that was staying near the dumpster.

It was horrific. We checked in and found a naked man passed out in our room, reception didn’t care. She told us if we didn’t feel safe we could go stay somewhere else. there were at least 3 prostitutes actively working the hotel and having a very loud fight. We went out to the car to get our bags and there was a gun shot. We got another room after finding the naked man in our room and it was gross. There was blood on one of the sheets, it stank, there were holes in the black out blinds so big that there was no point in having them. The windows wouldn’t lock. it was aweful. Don’t stay here:

The hotel staff who checked us in was great. The property however needs some TLC, mostly in general cleaning of common areas and outside. We intended to eat breakfast there, but when we got to the room there was no coffee, and we could find no hotel staff to remedy the situation. We found no one to check us out so left our room cards on the counter and left. Doubt we would recommend this location.

Location was convenient for our purposes but the hotel itself was not pleasant. The first room we were given had a broken door-- looked like someone had kicked it open when locked; a toilet that didn't flush; a dripping tub faucet and a smoke alarm that was open with no batteries. The second room we had was better but both rooms smelled of cigarette smoke despite the fact this was a "non-smoking hotel". Temperatures were in the 90s but-- despite the advertising-- the pool was empty so not available for guests to utilize. This was a factor in our choice so we essentially paid for something that wasn't available. The hotel really was not a comfortable place to stay and we did not feel especially safe. Would never recommend to anyone.

I had a poor experience. TV didn't work. Stayed there for 4 days and it was never fixed. I wasn't sent to another room. No discount and no apolgy during and after checkout. Some walls in the room had holes in them. Carpet had permanent stain. They would often run out of some breakfast items before the stipulated 9 am. Avoid if you're looking for a satisfactory experience. Only consider here when on a budget but please manage your expectations.

If trash has a home, this is the right place for it. They have excel in the difficult task of not emptying the trash cans and rather they add a cardboard box to keep feeling it inside the lobby. They have a new way to maintain green areas: More trash scattered around. Employees seem to ignore every single piece of trash while walking around the property. A great testimonial to the motivation they must receive from their employer. Other cleaner, properly managed hotels have similar room rates, so there is no justification to this because this is not a cheap hotel. Certainly it looks like it.

Our room had a broken window covered by a thin wooden board. The tub was not clean and the mattress smelled bad. We did not feel safe staying here so we ended up cancelling our stay and going somewhere else. The cancellation process was a pain because the workers kept telling us they couldn’t do it, that the manager had to cancel it. The whole process felt a little sketchy, and they took a $100 deposit without mention.

I’ve stayed at other La Quinta Inns and I’ve had good experiences at them before but I do NOT recommend this location to ANYONE. When we arrived the receptionist was very off putting and not friendly at all. We got our room key and after having to walk to the entire other side of the complex, the room REEKED of cigarette smoke and weed in the bathroom. The room was visible dirty from the walls to the bed sheets to the bathroom sink. The fire alarm was not attached to the wall and quite literally hanging on by a thread. My head started hurting after 2 minutes of being in this room so I went down and complained, and asked for a room change, and then I found out that the rude receptionist I encountered that assigned the room assigned us one of the pet rooms, the second receptionist that I talk to you for a room change was lovely and helpful. The second room still smelled kind of weird, but it was much better and much cleaner. The area around the hotel is not the safest either, my friends and I almost got attacked by a pitbull l on the premises from a family that lives at the hotel. Lots of homeless. Mediocre breakfast. STAY ANYWHERE ELSE. JUST SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY TO STAY LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

We were first given a room that hadn't been cleaned yet. Next room had a broken hair dryer, broken iron, malfunctioning toilet, no locks on the door. First day breakfast had overcooked or dried out egg and sausage patties, coffee was constantly out. Second day breakfast was nonexistent, only waffles and coffee. They would have to pay me to stay here again. Run to someplace else as fast as you can.
