The room was clean, Smelt good once we walked in. It had no faulty electrical switches. Amazing staff, really considerate although the shower head was a tiny bit broken and on full blast would spray out the side and hit the floor it was no issue to just simply turn down the pressure. All in all an excellent experience.

Actually this property although it had a big kitchen and dinning area I don’t think it did dinners or breakfast. We thought there was breakfast on the Saturday morning from 8am but sadly l was wrong!!!! If only l read the sign Silver Fern Lodge that would have explained everything. The price we paid for the night didn’t warrant the $263.40 for one night. We won’t be staying here again. Kind regards Liz

After booking originally and getting a not welcoming email with untrustworthy policies ive never seen b4 in near 1000 hotels, the boss of vr hotels kindly rang me and asked me to keep the booking and stay. This showed corporate management want a higher standard from their staff. So i stayed and it was a good fize room with balcony fir lake views. Only issue was toilet rolls had not been replaced so very little was on 1 roll with nothon other and no replacement rolls in the bathroom.

This is a cheap budget hotel and excellent value. Very nice staff exceedingly helpful I understand they’re in the realms of upgrading the property and you can see areas where it is indeed upgraded. A little more attention to cleaning would be a good idea.
