l plugged my laptop into a power outlet on the desk which sits under the TV and the outlet did not work....and I did not realize it til later.....so my computer was not charging when I thought it was and it ran out of juice... not a huge deal, but cost me some time as I had a ton of applications open. Also the previous guest in the room had set the alarm for 6 AM and that went off.... not a big deal as I wake up earlier, but it might have been an issue for someone who wanted to sleep past 6 AM

Staff was very courteous. No free breakfast but the restaurant is very good. They put out complimentary cookies and milk every evening, and coffee in the morning. The bed was clean and so comfortable. Lots of pillows! Shower was great. Towels were plentiful and nice quality. My room on the 7th floor was absolutely quiet. The location is extremely convenient, a block from the mall.

Front desk didn’t have a double queen available so they upgraded my room to a single king and brought a rollaway while at dinner. Samantha also gave us vouchers for all of our meals and drinks! Shoutout to Samantha and her much appreciated help!! My line of work is hospitality and I was surely impressed with Magnolia. Thank you Samantha!

Location was key at this property, everything was walkable. There was a small dog park just a few blocks away. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Loved the large bath. Could've used real working draws to store clothes and there wasn't a fridge or microwave.

Stained bathtub, cracked in areas and mildew was visible, the iron in the room was unsafe in that the power cord was damaged and power to it was intermittent. The area this hotel is located is dangerous with a constant stream of tweakers and beggers once you walk out the door. Horrible
