The bed was so used it had a divot where others had slept. It was very old and needs to shower heads and paint. The smell was not good either. Maybe new floors it’s just very dingy. Nothing in the bathroom except a bar of soap and shampoo and towels. Very very basic.

We reserved a suite to sleep 6. The sofa bed was broken and the person working was rude, there was nothing he could do. One of us slept on the floor!! We were told the manager would call the next day and they never did.when we left she did giVe us a 20% refund. But the desk people were rude about it. No one apologized.

The washer and dryer was not available, they referred us to other hotel beside but the washer and dryer of the other hotel was also malfunctioning that left our laundry soaking wet and smells bad. The pool is so cold that my daughter was not able to swim longer.
