The shower leaked really bad. Hot water took a long time. You have to pay to park. Like $19 a day. The pool isn't heated during the week. Only one weekends. House keeping is thorough, however, they will move your things and accidently throw stuff away you wanted to keep if they think it's trash.

Extremely courteous and helpful staff. Nice looking lobby and clean rooms. I don’t love the newish trend of having to pay an additional parking fee per night when you are already paying to stay there. I understand paying for parking at an event or something, but I think this should be included in the price of the hotel stay. Otherwise woulda been 5 stars.

The hotel is nice inside but in a bad area. Many homeless people around the property. Our kids enjoyed the pool but both it and the hot tub were too cold for me to get in.
