The beds were super comfortable and it was clean. Parking was easy and it’s a good location still near downtown Denver. My only complaint is the parking prices are a bit much.

Little store in the hotel is super expensive! $7.62 for 2 bottles of Dr. Pepper and $5 for a bag of chips!!!! I get they need to make a profit but dang!!!

The pet walk area is close to the road where all the homeless, drug users frequently walk lighting is limited at night so it is sketchy to be out there! House keeping doesn’t speak English!

Very Classy Establishment

If i had to use one word to descibe this place, it would be "classy." Very pleasant staff. The check-in ladies were very pleasant and were able to give me some good local restaurants to try. The room was very clean. The pools (indoor and outdoor) where great and our kids had so much fun. Beautiful establishment. The cost of the actual room was great, but the only downside is the parking fee and the cost of breakfast. However, the neighborhood is a little sketchy, so I do appreciate the secure parking garage. Overall, way more pros than cons. Despite the extra fees, we will be back. Great experience.

First was put in wrong room and had to move Then there were no sheets for the pull out bed for my kids. I called for sheets and they said they couldn’t bring them up I could come down and get them, so I did. They then told me sorry they are out of tight sheets and the top sheets are still wet out of the dryer…so they gave me 2 WET sheets to make the bed late at night for my kids to sleep on. I didn’t use them just used the sheet from my bed, but they were so wet they were still damp when we woke in the morning!

Got shot at just a couple blocks down. Obvious gang activity nearby and in general very angry people causing trouble. Photos make it seem like a bargain but there’s a reason why the price and quality ratio is off compared to other options. There’s a reason why this place is non refundable. Spend the extra money for a a safer option or a different area.

Really enjoyed my stay here at the Renaissance. Appreciated the staff, room and location. Really close to shops like Walmart and Sam’s Club makes it very convenient to pick up things you might’ve forgotten on your trip. Also food options available. Really enjoyed my time in Denver.

Nice property. Great staff. Convenient food options for breakfast lunch or dinner. Surrounding area of this Hotel has a major homeless issue. Didn’t have an issue with the homeless it’s just an eye sore.
