There was about a million kids running around the property even in the bar area. DO NOT DRINK AT THE BAR. Eric the bartender was arrogant and sloppy. He was rude and I watched him put ice in someone's whiskey with his bare hands. The rooms were decent. The balcony was nice except that ours was directly in front of the hvac unit. Room service knocked on our door at 9:15 when checkout isnt until 11. If you are looking for a nice relaxing adult hotel this is not it.

Very nice spacious clean rooms. Some one left a pizza box and trash all around a hallway trash can which made it look dumpy one day. the breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of options. Lots of food options around

Great stay at the Renaissance! I LOVED the hotel and the staff were amazing! The area surrounding was a little suspicious but honestly I still felt very safe within the building.
