Cleaning supply smell overwhelming

The odor of the cleaning supplies was overwhelming. (That said, the room was clean but we had to prop the door open and turn the fan on.). No maid service on Sundays. Breakfast bar was poorly attended on Sunday, fine on Monday.

If you are a dog or cat this is the place for you

The good: Nice sunset view The bad: EVERY room animal friendly- not advertised; general animal smell; torn carpet; gum on chair & ottoman; outdated furnishings; rusty shower; looks like same dirty cloth used to clean mirrors, TV's and fridge; dirty; sticky floor in bathroom and kitchenette; wife fell and broke her hip at hotel; staff reaction was, "oh".

Mediocre at best

Super mediocre. Room was musty. The breakfast has a good selection but the Gen Z person allegedly in charge couldn’t be bothered to take her earphones out to refresh the coffee urns, the yogurt and fruit buffet or to even clean the dishes and utensils. Convenient location but needs TLC or staff that cares even a little bit. Guy at the front desk was helpful…on the plus side.

This place is super clean! The breakfast area was fantastic with lots of fresh fruit along with hot options. The back porch area was really cool with lots of seating options and a beautiful view of the mountains. Highly recommend.
