Excellent hotel

Very cool hotel. Very convenient with the spa and steakhouse being attached to the hotel. The complimentary bourbon in the lobby was a nice touch as well!

The Oxford Hotel never disappoints from the friendly valet, reception and overall hospitality credible experience. The rooms are quiet, spacious and bedding amazing. Highly recommend this fabulous place to stay!

This is a very nice old hotel in downtown. It is within walking distance of a lot of things including Coors Field. The staff was great, especially the valets as we had a rental car. The room was nice albeit a bit small. Maid service is by request and there is only one small trash can in the room. Needless to say, it was overflowing by the end of our stay. There is no fan in the bathroom. Also, there are no vending or ice machines in the hotel. If you want ice, you must go to the front desk and they will get you a bucket of ice. There is a nice breakfast each morning which includes lox with onion and capers, yogurt, bagel crisps, hard boiled eggs and various cakes. Coffee and juice and tea are also available. There is a car available for trips less than two miles. One night we were having dinner at the Buckhorn Exchange which is 1.8 miles away. One of the valets dropped us off there, but was not available to pick us up. The front desk sent me a text for Lyft. All I had to do was tap on it and a car was there within a few minutes and brought us back free of charge. There is also a liquor tasting and live music in the lobby almost every evening. The wife found the pillows too thick and a bit uncomfortable. Overall, it was very nice.

Oldest hotel in Denver so still had lots of charm. Very convenient to Union Station, you can take a train from the airport to union station for 10 dollars much much cheaper than an Uber and the hotel is a 2 minute walk from the station. It is also a short walk to the Arts centres and shops,restaurants on 16th Street. Free car service within 2 miles so we were taken to the car hire place Avis free in Denver.

We had an amazing stay at the Oxford. The staff was amazing, the room was lovely. So many nooks and crannys in the building to explore, from the art to the many bookcases in the halls that had such fascinating books. We explored all over and really felt the history of the building. The Continental breakfast was perfect! Be sure to use the offer for the complimentary shareable and coffee at the restaurant nearby called The Original, we used that and had the best meal of our trip! The complimentary waters were brilliant as well as the station on the 3rd floor where we were able to refill our bottles. The train that brings you straight from the airport was so easy, it takes you just a block or so from the Oxford. There is a free bus that will pick you up one block over and take you back and forth to the Capitol Building and 16th street mall, which is also very easily walkable as well. We walked the first day and used the bus the next. Catching the light rail from Union Station to the stadium was super easy too! Overall we chose the most excellent place to stay and not only will we be back, i will be sharing this recommendation with my friends as well! thank you Oxford! CHEERS

The Oxford Hotel is hands down my favorite place to stay in Denver! The service is always outstanding with many little house gifts that just make you feel at home and valued. The location is outstanding, as is the on-site restaurant, Urban Farmer, and of course the classic, Cruise Room. Too many reasons that make this classic hotel a wonderful place to stay!
