Exceptional. Highly recommend. Parking was perfect. Front desk was hospitable, warm and welcoming. The gentleman who checked me in was very knowledgeable. He gave me options for quick exit and entry into the hotel, from the side doors, using my door key. Very clean hotel. Very quiet. I had a fourth floor room. Very well appointed. I absolutely love a walk-in shower. This room has a rain water showerhead. The breakfast was Delicious. The outdoor seating was pure serenity, overlooking a pond. I would stay here again & Again. I was pleased, comfortable, and felt valued from the moment I entered Best Western Premier Ankeny! The seafood restaurant next-door is a welcome respite for a delicious meal!

Nice clean room, great service, and friendly staff. Wasn’t my type of bed, gave me a severe backache, but fine for my wife. Actually surprised they didn’t have any normal size cups or glasses.

We were in town for the state fair for 4 days. It was very hot at the fair and you get back to your room and it is hot. When you got to front desk the only comment is yea they are having problems. The 3rd night in the room we laid there sweating. It was terrible and no one seemed to care.
