Asked for handicap room when booking here but got standard room check-in. AC broken and one of two keys did not work at check-in. They were able to fix that. In the morning, the other key did not work and they could not fix that one. Terrible experience my 97 year old mother-in-law. Won’t be back.

Staff were very friendly & helpful. Room was really nice. Unfortunately the sound proofing was terrible. We had a selfish herd of elephants above is that stomped around & chatted/laughed until early morning. Other than inconsiderate guests, the stay was great.
