Room didnt get cleaned, so we had to change rooms. Second room us dirty as well. 1st room had oranges or something like it smashed on the walls and carpet in multiple spots, and boogers rubbed on the lamps... not kidding. 2nd room had yogurt on countertops, but we cleaned it ourselves.

Came in late and the room was outstanding g. Beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was great. Plenty of hot food and places to sit while eating. Quiet environment which was great because we needed the sleep!

It was a great stay minus the group of kids in the room next to ours. Whatever they were doing was shaking the stuff on our walls so bad it almost fell off the wall. Told front desk and nothing happened.

When we went up to our room, there was a man working in it to repair the blinds and replace the fridge. He didn’t speak to us or acknowledge us, and after a few minutes just looked at us and said the room wasn’t meant to be used. I called downstairs and they had to switch rooms and bring us new keys.

The property is modern clean and safe. The internet went out, our door had issues, and housekeeping was missed one day. The staff was wonderful and made everything right. The door got fixed, internet came back on and housekeeping cleaned our room the next day extremely efficiently.
