I booked a room for 5 days. Housekeeping didn’t come in once to clean or to give us clean towels. I had to ask for clean towels when I needed them. Housekeeping service is available upon request with a form to be filled out at the front desk. Which they don’t mention at time of check in.

I stopped here to sleep during a road trip. I had my dogs with me. I had reserved and paid for a room ahead of time. I was not given the room that I reserved. Instead of a king bed I had two queen beds. Because I had brought my dogs I wanted more room for them to run around. The lobby could use a fresh coat of paint and a little more cleaning. The room was fine. The bed was comfortable. I really like that. It has the vinyl flooring because it seems cleaner to take my dog there than the carpeted floors in most motels. There was a fridge and a microwave in the room. I stayed at four places that were pet friendly on this road trip. This is my second choice of the four places. My first choice was also a motel six.

It stank bad!!! Not even sure what the smell was! There was what appeared to be an unhomed person living in their car in the parking lot, if not more than one. Making it feel unsafe. Wobbly toilet that didn’t work well. Floors in the rooms were filthy!

Desk light was missing its light bulb. Stopper in sink did not work; desk clerk said that it could not be fixed because "no maintenance staff on duty during weekend." Storage cubbyholes on wall for towels (in bathroom) were dusty/dirty inside (in contact with clean towels). Tub was nice and big; water was nice and hot. Wall AC unit struggled to keep room cool (outside temp was 95+ at times). Microwave in hallway was filthy (no microwave in room).

I do not like to give bad reviews, however for the price it was not worth it. When we arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was on his personal phone speaking in a foreign language to whomever asked for my name and that was it. We got checked in. Went to our room. The elevator is gross. The hallways are gross. The room was definitely outdated. We dealt with screaming kids most of the evening and then loud obnoxious women from about 1:00 in the morning till 4:00 in the morning. There's no shampoo or conditioner. Just two bars of soap. The only reason I would even give this one star would be because of location. It's right off the highway. I would not stay there again. There was toothpaste on the bathroom wall and bugs in lights.

We were awakened at 3:48 in the morning by a piercing blast. Again at 4:09 and a third time. My best guess is that it was the battery in the fire alarm. Desk staff just said they couldn't reach it and looked at us like we were crazy. However, we left luggage in the room and everything was in it when it was returned.

This location is in a nice area where we felt safe. The room was clean and an excellent value for the price. The property is very pet friendly. We would definitely stay again.

The side entrance door to the outside was not locked and was accessible to anyone wanting to enter. The hotel room door did not have a deadbolt. Lets are allowed in this hotel and there was dog poop n the hallway that wasn’t cleaned up and still there 12 hours later. No pool. No breakfast.

The motel was adequate. Allowed dogs, our main reason for staying. The exterrior, lobby, elevator were worn, somewhat dirty. The security doors didn't lock. Our room had 2 standard beds, not queens as expected, just mattresses on a platform. The room and bedding was pretty clean, and the towels as well. Did have a minifridge. Didn't expect a lot of amenities, such as shampoo, body wash or lotion, and there wasn't anything except 2 bars of soap. Also didn't expect a breakfast, and there wasn't any. There was complimentary coffee, which was surprisingly good for hotel coffee! Our neighbors had a couple of teens? Who were loud and noisy until 4:30 am. Not the hotels fault, but did impact our experience
