1 Bedroom suite pictures online show a kitchenette stove (doesn't work) not to mention water from bathroom ceiling leaked from the floor above. Cold showers. No heat while all these incidents were reported i was told if i book again in the future, I would be given a discount next time ⚠️⚠️⚠️BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK⚠️⚠️⚠️ I have pictures and videos!!

It is beautiful Hotel but they need to be upgraded more like for example the Internet is very bad. The sauna doesn’t work. The Gym doesn’t have no equipment that much. The people they work over there. There is nothing good about this hotel. Our check in time was 3:00pm and we are given the room at around 4:40pm and even at that time people were cleaning the room when we got in front of the room. Horrible services, broken furniture, dirty carpet with extensive stains, kitchen in the suites with stove and microwave that you cannot use - why put them there???. Room service doesn't clean the floors properly, holes in the walls. My TV screens were showing somebody else's name as guest of the room. for the so called tallest hotel there are only 6 elevators with 3 dedicated to the top floors and the remaining 3 only go to around 40th floor which means long wait times for elevators. Really bad experience overall and a lot of money wasted as this was not a cheap hotel to reserve.
